Winona Forest, located on the boundary of southern Jefferson County and northern Oswego County in northern New York, is a 9,233-acre state forest that offers many recreational opportunities, including: snowmobiling, snowshoeing, hiking, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, running, dog sledding, bird watching and horseback riding!
