"The Nate Race! This race so much fun and I would highly recommend it. The course was flat and fast. The race itself was very family oriented and it was great to see so many kids out there running. If you have a family, this is a great race to put on your schedule. The Nate the Great Race is in Canastota during the Boxing Hall of Fame Weekend. I bailed out of the 12k and dropped down to the 5k because my shoulder is still bothering me after dislocating a few weeks back. It was not my fastest race but I took 4th place in my division. I also accomplished my two goals that I have for every race. I finished the race and I stayed out of the ambulance. It was great to be racing again! It's great to be back!"
